Budget 0-20k Upgrading my assembled desktop PC i bought 2 years back (Budget-11,000)

Let me tel you my current config :|

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.5 GHz
Gigabyte GA-G41M-COMBO-GQ motherboard with G41 express chipset(integrated graphics)
kingston 2 GB RAM DDR3
500GB WD Hard Disk 54000RPM
BenQ LED Monitor-19" 1366x786 resolution
Samsung DVD RW
iball Keyboard and USB Optical Mouse
iball Cabinet with SMPS (250W very basic, was bundled with cabinet)
Creative speakers(very basic model, also having problems with it)

so far i've come up with a list of upgrades:

900rs for PSU/SMPS above 400/450W, suggest a model please

2500rs for 4GB DDR3 RAM http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-ven...EK6E&ref=20cf61f7-1824-4100-97c6-db973e9dd24e
(Not sure if the ram will work with my motherboard)

1.5k for speakers suggest a speaker too

Guys, please advice me regarding the upgradation, since this is the 1st time i'm buying a graphic card :-D

yeah moderate gaming & watching movies
i want to play, COS, assasins creed, prototype 1,2, Crysis, Dead Space, Skyrim, DMC, GTA, Bioshock
and the most imp FIFA 14[DOUBLEPOST=1372781850][/DOUBLEPOST]is my motherboard compatible with the ram?
 
First you need to upgrade your PSU.

PSU: Antec VP450 - 2700
RAM: 2GB DDR3 - 1300
Graphic Card: Sapphire 7750 1GB DDR5 - 7000

I would recommend Corsair CX430 V2 instead over the antec one. Both PSUs have zero real time difference and corsair has much better A.S.S. So the corsair one is the better option here

And which GPU is that ? 7770 ? AFAIK it is available @ 7.5k

PSU : cx430 v2 - 2.6k
RAM : 2gb ddr3 - 1k
GPU - Sapphire 7770 - 7.5k

Errrt... Its 7750, missed it. :(

Saturday I purchased 2GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM. Best quote on Lemington Road I got was 1200 when bought with Proccy and a mobo. Just a RAM stick was quoted lowest at 1300.

hmm you are right. It is available for 1.3k

And I just checked that OP wants speaker too
So..
cx430 v2 - 2.6k
7750 - 6.5k
Logitech Z103 - 1.2k
2gb ddr3 - 1.3k
This is it I guess
