PC Peripherals Upgrading my PC : Suggestions please!!!!

Guys I have a XFX 8800 GTX,Q6600 2.4 Ghz quad core, P5n32 e sli motherboard, 2 gigs of RAM, Ammo 533 cabinet

Now I have Rs 50,000 for upgrading my PC in October.

I want to know if anyone has a XFX 8800 GTX for sale.

I also want to know about the best liquid cooling solution

I also want to know the best power supply manufacturing company other than cooler master, as my experience has been very bad with it.

I will be upgrading:
My PSU to maybe 1000 W or more than that. (Can spend 8K)
Liquid cooling solution (Can spend 15 K)
A second hand XFX 8800 GTX (If I can get one, cause they don''t make one now)(Rest of the money goes here )

Get 2 more gigs of RAM, sell your 8800GTX and get a GTX 285 (25k) and also get corsair tx750.

Firstly, you need to answer a few questions to help us suggest components accordingly-

1) what resolution you plan to game at?

2) how much do u plan to OC ur CPU to?
