I am planning to upgrade my year old PC, please advise and thanks in advance for your suggestions.

1. What is your budget?
  • Flexible
2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
  • CPU – Intel i7-3770K
  • Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z77x-D3h rev.1
  • RAM - Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) x2
  • Monitor - SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 943
  • PSU - gigabyte 500w
  • HDD -WD 500GB Blue
  • Optical drive – Samsung DVD writer 22x
  • Cabinet - CM Trooper full tower
  • Cooler - CM TPC-812
3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
  • All except PSU
4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
  • GPU – suitable for my config
  • PSU – Modular suitable for my cabinet (CM Trooper full tower)
  • Monitor – 20 – 22 inch suitable with suggested GPU
  • HDD – 1 or 2 TB for storage

You can keep the existing RAM as it is enough.
Go to Arun Computers, CTC, Secunderabad. Ask for Mr.Ramu you will get good prices.

  • PSU – Seasonic SS650KM3 -7500,
  • Monitor – AOC i2269VWM 22" LED IPS -9700,
  • HDD – WD Caviar Black 1TB -5500,
  • SSD – Samsung 840 EVO 250GB -8700,
  • UPS – APC 1100VA UPS -5400.
