Upload Problem in Torrents

Guy from a while whenever i download a torrent i get a normal download speed but the upload speed is stuck on 0.1-0.5 kBps which is causing ratio problem.I'm using the Broadband Connection in Bridge mode and my plan is 256kbps. I have been using no port forwarding and consider not using it leads to other problems.
However yesterday i downloaded a Hindi movie whoes almost all the seeders would be from india gave me a perfect upload speed:S. Now have a ratio of 0.3 in IPTorrents which may lead to closing of the account. Hope you guys have a solution.:huh::huh:

Though sometimes i used to get upload speed about 10-15kBps but now following the above steps its stuck on 0kbps.:S:S

use greedytorrents for fake upload

Tutorial for it on Utorrent 1.8.4 is welcomed.(I have refereed to the site and it was for earlier version)
