Upload Speeds on Triband

MTNL Triband gives me an awesome download speed arnd 200kB/s check below

but the upload speeds are just...@$#$(dnt go above 25-30kB/s):@ :@

Damn keeping a share ratio of 1:1 is so damn difficult with such an upload speed...:@ :@

Is it just me having the problem or every1..??
I use Bridge connection during Nite hours and during Day its PPPoE/PPPoA...:)
