Uploading pics on orkut : A royal pain in the Ar*e

I have always had this problem with orkut..uploading pics takes ages!!
99% of the time the pics dont upload n i get the cannot find server thing...and it keeps happening over n over n over again till i loose patience n give up...
But sometimes i do manage to upload a few pics...

Does anyone else face this problem?? and is there any simple work around for it?

And one more thing with orkut is that when i try to upload a particular pic...the pic that shows up is the pic that i had uploaded earlier but had deleted!!

both of the above...problem..is very common with all orkut users.. i think..cauz..even...i face the smilar problems..and yeah the second part..the old pic tht u see instead of new uploaded pic always happens...u just need to clear all cookies..and refresh..and then its perfect...
 
Its most probably coz of the fact that orkut uses caching to display your picture and it takes time for them to update the same.

As for slow uploading speeds...i dunno the reason but i pretty often dont get donuts...if u know what i mean:bleh:
 
Orkut = 404. I wonder when Google will decide to *can* the entire friggin program. It's just buggy.

The next time that happens, press CTRL + F5 instead of the regular refresh (F5) option ;)
 
Considering its popularity, I think google might want to make it better, the profile visit page updates like after 10 days, when 100 people have already visited your page. It sucks big time.
