PC Peripherals UPS Advice Needed

I am planning to buy a new UPS (thx to the power supply problems in Mumbai grrr........)

I will be needing maximum 2 min uptime after the power cut

I have a P4 with a 400W SMPS. Can someone plz suggest me a good UPS whch suits my requirements, with their ratings etc.

I have inclinations towards the APC brand. A rough idea about the prices will help.
 
APC makes very good quality UPS. I am using a APC 500VA model for more than 5 years without any problems till date. I would suggest u APC for complete peace of mind :)

Power supply problems in Mumbai ?????? where in bbay do you live. :S

Btw you can get the Apc 500va ups for around 2400.
