Forum Feedback Upset about Mods changing to the Rules and doing stuff without Notification!!

Hi Guys

As the title says ... i am very upset with stuff that is going through with my Threads on TE.

1. When Dealers Paradise came into existence and the rules came into existence TheMask Pm'ed me and asked for making a payment i said i need a discount.

And then we agreed upon a figure which was 5K for 6 Months but they said "You can create 5 GO's per month" and after like two months he again sends me a PM that - - ->>

Hi Rahul,

As per our agreement, you're entitled to a maximum of 5 GO's per month in the Dealer Paradise Zone. At present, it appears you have around 12 GOs running.

You may recall:

As per the 5 GO's per month - at *any* time you can have only 5 GO's open and running. For example, if there are 2 GO's from the prev month still running, you can open only an additional 3 GO's in the new month. Once you close those older 2, only then can you open up 2 new GO's for a total of 5. Also , each GO can only contain either a particular product (say graphics cards only) or a particular brand (say Corsair products).

Apologies if our communication was not clear on the specifics earlier. Hope its all clear now. Please do close your older threads to bring down the total number of GOs to 5.

I never replied to this as i did'nt want to abide by it but still closed some of my threads which were not that frequently watched and forgot abt it.

now today again one of my Mobo thread is moved to Closed deals without giving any notifications.

I Openly request all the dealers to come forward and talk abt it as to how they feel abt the charge that they are asking for do u people think they are overcharging???

Also abt the Normal people making GO's from time to time by which ruins our sales ... this was the point being made by KMD and no one answered regarding the same....

Also taking into consideration the similar website with have more than 90% of the members similar to TE is charging 3K PER YR with unlimited threads so in comparison just look at the amount being charged her i have already give 5K now these guys want more or else thy say all the threads will be sent to the colsed deals sections.

I am closing all my threads if that's wats gonna make u happy lets have it that way right coz u are the Mods and can do watver u want without even notifying me abt it.

Co-Dealers i request you to comment here wisely , put in ur views if u wanna say anything other than my issue you may talk abt that too i guess we really need to talk also i am not asking you to take my side or TE's, as we all love TE but i think we shld discuss this out.

the idea of charging a premium to dealers is so that every tom dick or harry does not try to exploit te as an online platform and we have serious dealers onboard. TE is first and formost a tech site and not an online bazaar

finally if you cannot agree to any polices here you are always free to opt out of the dealer paradise section and not renew your subscription.

I have closed all my threads already i need a clarification on this over here coz whn these guys wanna do something then thy just send a PM saying that this has been done whn we ask for some clarifications thy wnt reply to it i have sent like 5 Msgs to crazy infact i said i am upset abt it , i said i am closing the GO's , I said that please reinstate all my threads

I'm not quite sure what the issue is? You yourself have posted Mask's PM which has the exact answers to your queries. I have even highlighted it below for your reference.

We are not going back on our word, this deal of 5 GO's per month was exactly what we had agreed on when you signed you up.. we have neither reduced the limit nor are we even asking for more. In fact this was an option created specifically to entertain you, we did not even offer it to the other dealers initially.

Hope that sorts things out. Any other clarifications, do get back

So where does it says - - "maximum of 5 GO's shld only be ON " - This the second PM u are watching not the first one which i have saved on my other PC

I was under the impression i was able to make like 30 Threads in all like 5 threads per month ... hope u get my point

Also the PM that u see in my fist post is the PM sent to me like 2 Months after that and my threads are shifted today.

Also in the second PM he says that "At any point of time there can only be 5 GO's" this was not the initial agreement.

It was - - 5 GO's per month so if i am allowed to make 5 GO's per month ... y am i treated as i have broken a rule and all

See for the clarifications keep in Mind the PM that i have Posted in tthe first does'nt have the actual deal that had take place between me and masky, this is the 2nd PM came to me 2 Months later the DP came into existence.

Which i had not replied at coz i choose not to do anything till anything like this happens.

I want other Co - Dealers to respond to this..

Also y do u guys take so much time to decide on issue's i just dnt get it.

Dude i am a Dealer too who has paid you ppl and m not getting wat i was promised ok.

I want wat i was promised for and if u people need to decide then take ur own time to do that

but i want all my threads which are inside the 5 Threads per month limit to be back in the market section coz guys i have paid for it and i am loosing out on money as u ppl take all ur time.... sometimes plz think from our POV too.

And why didnt you reply back in feb when you were notified about 5 GOs?

As already clarified, the change in member GO rules are under consideration and that will be sorted out. The only reason we havent changed the Dealer GO rules even with lots of criticism from many members about the way most dealers are dealing here is because of the initial agreement. Until the term is over that wont be changed.

When you were communicated in feb and you didnt respond, it means you accepted whats in the PM. It does not mean you didnt.

Anyway, I personally wont go in any more details here and let the person who is handling it do the same. But what are you doing posting PM conversations in public???

When we said a max of '5 GO's per month', we meant you can *run* a max of 5 GO's per month, not *create* 5 new GO's every month in addition to the old 'opened' GOs.

We realised this was being misinterpreted by you when you were opening 5 fresh GO's every month while leaving all the previous GO's open.

This was indeed our fault for not being clear. Hence the PM from Mask diplomatically clarifying the issue as below :

That was not a request or a change in our guidelines, it was a clarification. Even so.. if you had issues with it, I do not think that refusing to reply is the right protocol to be followed ! :hap5:

I do not wish to comment on other forums(bazaars?) or their tariffs, especially ones that have been formed with different intents. Forums that cater only to buying/selling will obviously do their best to entertain the dealers, TE is/was/will be intended for pure tech discussion.

We are providing a platform for dealers, with the dealer fee in place only to act as a deterrent to those who are not interested in taking the online community seriously. We have tried our best to accomodate you since you appeared to be serious about offering good deals. All the other dealers were offered your payment option only the month after it was formulated for you. Beyond that, it is of course your free will to go where you please

Yes you can create 30 threads by the end of 6 months, but you are allowed to have only 5 GO's running at a time.. you cannot have all 30 GO's open at the end of 6 months - hope that clarifies things.

No, we did our best to accomodate a dealer, gave him some conditions, got screwed by him within the 1st month, corrected/clarified it in the 2nd month, and after 4 months finally now got what we deserved for bending over in month 1.

We have 3 happy dealers and 1 disgruntled dealer for whom we bent over. Moral of the Story ? :huh:

And BTW, I have been patiently clearing out your old GO's for the past couple of months to ensure you stay within the 5 GO limit. This is not something out of the blue as you make it seem.

It was your responsibility to get back to us/get your doubts clarified when we gave you the rules. We know what we had in mind when we decided the rules, and that is exactly how we execute them.

1 :No Dealer Can survive with Customers And customers Cannot Survive Without Dealers ,And If We Have Dealers on TE Then I am sure All Of them Are Respected and Talented .We Should Get the Respect As We Try To Give you One Of the Best Deals .

2 :Even i Am Not Clear Where 5 Goes Are Written .Can i Have a Link Please .

3 :I Feel the Dealer Trade Area Is Very Cluttered and Needs Polishing .

4 :I Feel We Are Being Very Heavely charged ,Leaving KMD We virtually Take Home Nothing But a Tag "Good Dealer ,TE Kaa Dealer " ,1500 Bucks PEr Month Is a Lot Of Money Guys ,Wehn i Sell a Mouse I Make 25 Bucks Just BElieve Me How Many Mouses I Need To Sell To Make That 1500 Bucks and Yes the Market Is Actually Rogering Our Deals ....

Right now all my GO's are closed so does that mean i am doing u a favour.

I'll exp u with an Eg. if u want

Lets say

TE = Computer Dealer
Me = Customer making the payment

Now here TE says something which is'nt clear and which they agree that they had'nt put it straight.

So Tatzy me a customer getting screwed just coz u ppl were not CLEAR abt the deatails u had mentioned.

Now after 4 months u do something abt it ...really donno y (Who says only 5 GO were active i say more than 5 were active every month i am the dealer creating them yaar execpt for the 1st ) just coz ur the MOD we all shld belive u HAIL MOD!!

So now getting back to the EG. how is it the customers fault if the dealer was'nt claer abt wat he had stated in the first month.

Just becoz Customer did'nt do anything abt it (That too coz actually nothing was done) u screw his happiness.

If its ur fault take it like a Man!! and do something abt it.

U ppl don't give us any kinda receipt for the amount that we pay which inturn we can't show in our Expenses its really a total MOD Raj - - over it u showing me the attitude by saying - - " If thats how you feel "

1 :The Market Section Is OK no Issue ,But There Should Be Extreme vigilance By the Staff To Find Out No Person is Trying To Sell Products There Which Do Not Fit The Criteria

2 :The Hot Deals And Discussions Do Not Contain Hot Deals and Discussion they Are Being Used By People To Organise Go Without Payments .check It Out even a Person With Four Eyes Like Me Can See That
