I have my email a/c on Aol.com.

I uses it strictly only for official usage like jobs and policies etc.

I login to my a/c weekly or once in 15days.

Today when I logged in I was very much shocked to find that I have no emails in my inbox and also all my created folders are missing which contained all vvip mails and documents like salary slips, cvs, policies etc. and much more vvip. things to think about.

I havent deleted a single email since the day I joined Aol. Just use to empty any spam or old drafts.

How the f***k can a service provider like aol think of doing this???:mad::rage::rage:
Sheer negligence.

How can I get all that back??[DOUBLEPOST=1424361733][/DOUBLEPOST]I urge all aol users here to quickly login and check their a/cs as well for any such abnormality.

The mails seems to be intact, guess that this problem is account specific!
Did some have access to your passwords? Is it linked to any mail client meaning IMAP/ POP enabled?

I'm using free account since past 2 years.
This is something happening on their twitter
But they arent responding to me like they are doing to other us/uk users.
Very very pathetic aol.:rage:[DOUBLEPOST=1424413879][/DOUBLEPOST]Similar issue have been reported before as well

What a reply from aol...
"We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but your account was purged because of inactivity. There is nothing we can do.
You should keep signing in your account quite often."
