If not dong processor intensive task such as vidoe encoding, virtualization, getting a i5-2400 instead of the 2500 will not make that much difference

Its advisable for saving some money, but if you want you can buy a new one

Yes a lower value cabinet will work, the favourite of TE members is NZXT Gama, my pick is the NZXT source 210, plus there are many cabinets from CM at 3k,let othe members suggest

Go for the slightly slower clocked Core i5 2400 if you are only gaming and not going to do anything like Rendering / video and audio editing.

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB ~4000/- [if you have an old hard drive from your previous setup use that OR get a second-hand piece from TE Classifieds section]..second hand HDD ...is it advisable?

No I meant try to get a second hand hard drive instead of buying a first hand drive because they are really expensive as of now.

Corsair Carbide 400R ~4500/- can i get a lower value cabinet??

NZXT Gamma ~2600/-

NZXT Source eLite 210 ~2400/-

NZXT Guardian 921 ~3700/-

If you mean Angry Birds and Pocket Tanks by gaming than you will be able to run Windows 7-64 bit A.E.R.O. + these games smoothly. But anything more than this and I would recommend you go for the -

AMD HD 7750 ~6500/- [basic gaming all older titles will run at medium settings @full HD but for newer games you will need to tone down the graphics] OR

AMD HD 6850 ~8900/- [if you want to play year old titles at high -- medium settings @full HD]

without graphics card, how much shared graphics memory i will be able to share ?

I think ~1.5 GB, pleas check on the Intel site.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!
