[Urgent] Edit/Enter text in Image (Jpg) File

Is there any way to Edit/enter text in above image file in word/excel?

I want to create a sale invoice at the earliest and find the above template from google but unable to edit the contents in it..

You have two options:
1) Use any photo editing software to insert a layer of text or
2) Import the picture in MS Word and insert text (objects)

I think you better to use PHOTOSHOP
its easy to add or remove any objects

The images posted by you are not of so good quality so even if you edit them and fill the necessary details it may not look nice so why not create the document? it's a peanut butter job in any DTP software. You can generate a PDF and send it to the other party. Here is a Sample made by me...
