PC Peripherals Urgent: Genuine or Not (RAM)

1) I ordered RAM (Seller: Cost2Cost) for my Lenovo G50-45 laptop from Amazon India

2) Today I received order from Amazon India but when I checked the ram, no where kingston is written, there is a SAMSUNG logo on it.

3) When I contacted the Seller (Cost2Cost). He replied:
Kingston never manufacture the RAM they only market the same.
Here in this case they uses SAMSUNG chip-set, it is 100 % sold, market and support by KINGSTON for all warranty.

4) When I contacted Kingston, they replied: This is Samsung RAM not Kingston Product.


Please help me, what should I do?
 
Contact Amazon, explain to them, show them pic of what you have got and whats on the website. You will get a refund. Also when you get to rate the seller, make your remarks clear as well.
