Urgent help need regarding on ASP+ Windows Server Host

I had been using Linux server since years, but never used a Windows server .

I need to upload a asp.net project into Windows shard hosting, i had uploaded the files, created db , uploaded the db, done with users

but the place where i am stuck is connection strings, which is why the site is still down

is there any windows server expert + asp.net expert who can help me on this matter

*i am using hostgator windows shared hosting
