Urgent help needed - BIOS not flashing

Hi guys,

Got a new jetway m2a692-gdg mobo with athlon 64 3600+ processor.

After installing everything, I tried to flash the BIOS using Winflash and upgrade the bios to A05. Unfortunately the bios got corrupted and now i am on backup bios. I tried making a bootable cd (which is recognized as a floppy thru some kinda iso software) with the bios files loaded. Again when i tried to flash the BIOS it just does not flash. Tried all sorts of handles such as /py /sn /f /cc etc. for the awd866.exe utility. It just refuses to write on the bios.

Can someone help please. Its not even booting to windows with backup bios now. Says Error reading disk, press ctrl + alt + del. :(
 
yes i have disabled the bios write protection from the bios itself. have not touched any mobo jumpers and such. should i do that?

Also i think the handle /f if for force flashing. if not how do i force flash?

i actually updated de bios successfully but later it developed problems & now my ORIGINAL INTEL D865GBF BOARD IS USELESS(funny,i paid 6500 for it then) !

this is after i reset the bios,re-flashd with previous version,changed the jumpers..
