Hi All,
Recently bought Sony DCR DVD703E handycam. Had shooted abt 8 min of video on DVD+RW. After finishing the recording, I have tried to play the DVD on my DELL Insipiron 6000 laptop - was successful.
Problem:
1) When tried to copy the content from DVD to laptop hard disk, there was no file present in the DVD which can be copied and pasted.
2) Installed the s/w Picture Package ver 1.8 also. Then tried to copy files via given USB cable - but failed. USB was not detected by my laptop.
3) Again put the Picture Package s/w CD and explored the content. Going into the DVDDriver, I had click the setup.exe file to install USB driver but failed. Device manager is not showing as expected - 1) abt sony DVD camcorder 2) abt USB
I need help in resolving this problem of conncetivity between handycam and laptop.
Had anyone face the same problem.
Can someone explain me what is wrong in the entire process.
