Car & Bike Urgent help required:: Query on sale of bike

I have my bike that I want to sell.

I purchased it in 2007 with Bajaj finance aiding for some part of the total amount

I finished paying the EMI in 2008 itself

Now to sell this and register it onto a new buyer, do i need any extra document like noc from Bajaj Finance other than my original RC?

Note that i have the bike registerd on my name as owner and there is a special column on RC called hire purchased which has Bajaj Finance written over there.

This is extremely urgent and so.. please please please help me with the query ASAP.

Ya get a noc from bajaj finance and go the rto office they will ask all the vehicle proof, including emission test certificate and they will remove the hypothecation in your rc book and issue a new one this will take around 10days..
