Urgent help required

Hi I need to download the drivers for the data cable of the 6630, got the cable, just need a driver link can anyone tell me where for this phone...

Also how do I backup my SMS's onto my comp???

u dont need any seperate drivers .
seperate drivers are only needes with nokia pc suite 6.2 or earlier
now with the new pc suite 6.6 they are of no need.
i guess you are using a dku-2 canle.
install pc suite.
plug in the cellphone and openpc suite click "gt connected" click on the connection type and click next it will automatically install all modem and obex drivers. then you'll be connected it will showa pop up messege and you are done.

yeah, nokia 6630 has a defaul USB interface and connects directly w/o drivers thru the USB port over DKU-2

U need drivers only for the Serial interface phones connecting over dku-5 for the chip in the cable that handles USB-serial conversion

u need to have win xp sp2 for the drivers to get installed directly...

sorry for bumping up this old one...but thanks guys....yeah have SP2...as I am using an orig copy of XP prof on my sys now....
working perfectly...
