Storage Solutions Urgent Help- SATA3 SSD on SATA2 (intel DH61SA) mobo - possible?

Hi, I am about to buy OCZ Agility3 SSD for someone's PC ar work, but his motherboard is intel DH61SA

I'm not sure about this. Is this possible?, if not, can anyone suggest the best 64 GB SSD(sata2) from ebay?

Do I have any better option other than following?

Kingston SSD Now 64GB

OCZ Vertex Plus 60GB Series

(My budget is 6500 INR. Can't raise budget - I prefer ebay because of paisa pay warranty)

It will work on his mobo. SATA revisions are backward compatible.
