(URGENT) iPOD buying advice needed !!

I am considering buying a second hand 8GB iPOD Touch from a friend.
The model is around 2-3 yrs old without much physical damage and it has NOT
been JAILBROKEN :hap5:. The condition is 7/10 i'd say.
For further reference, the model no. is ma623ll ver 3.1.3 7e18.

PLZ SUGGEST A FAIR PRICE

its a 2nd gen ipod touch which is very slow, around 4-5k would be a good price
