URGENT: My system restarts frequently and it won't able to BOOT?

What's the problem? please help!

My config:

Intel C2D 2.14 Ghz
Giga G33-S2H
1 GB Ram
Iball 450 W
SG 120 GB HDD

I presume that you are using Windows XP and your system reboots as soon as you see the progress bar and windows logo. Try to boot in safe mode. If it reboots in safe mode too, then check the last file which the system is trying to load. If its MUP.SYS, then your system image is screwed. Even reinstalling will not work in this case. You will have to format and reinstall.

How old is your system! Change the 3V CMOS Battery in ur system, it will be dead after 2-3 years.

Another is check the Processor clocking, if problem still exists.

Hope this solved your problem.
