CPU/Mobo URGENT: PC not starting

I used my pc and it was perfectly fine till afternoon...hibernated it and when I tried to start it again, it is simply refusing to start. There is no beep or light. Totally blank like if there is no power supply to the pc!

I have connected the power cord to diff plug and still the same result :(

My pc configuration:

Abit ip35e

E8400

Corsair 450vx psu

Usually, a small led used to glow on the mother board even when the pc is off but when the input power supply is on. Now even that light doesn't glow.

What could be the problem?psu?
 
Thats the 5v input led, try changing the psu, and also check the 24-pin power plug, it might be loose.
