Urgent Phone Requirment !!

Hey, my dad's phone is no more working and he needs to replace it to the earliest, for his work.

Requirments : -

1. Phonebook memory should be more than 1500.

2. Decent camera.

3. Battery life should be good.

4. Should have a good look.

5. NO SAMSUNG.

6. NO Touchscreens.

My shortlisted phones :-

Nokia 2730c /5130 /X3 / 6303i

Please suggest guys its urgent.

Budget - 6000 (max)

X3 is good. But slightly exceeds budget.

Are u looking for only Nokia non-touch screen ones? Ur choices seems so. If u are open to touch screen ones and other brands then consider the following,

SE Naite ~ 5.8k(Has 3G(HSDPA) and front cam)

Nokia 5233~6.5k

Samsung Corby S3653 ~ 6.2k

Nokia X2~5-5.5k(may be released in a week or so(Rumored date: Aug 25). Its available in even countries like Bangladesh :mad:) It has a 5MP fixed focus camera

SE Spiro ~ 5k (may be released in a week or so. Walkman, slider phone)

Thanks for the advice mate !! I can get an X3 For Rs.58XX/- after applying even a 7.5% coupon on this deal -->

eBay India: NOKIA X3 SLIDE MOBILE PHONE,3.2 MPX CAM,2GB CARD FREE (item 290466020964 end time 19-Sep-2010 18:14:39 IST). Is it worth that much ?

Would definitely consider Naite and the upcoming Spiro.

Also, X2 is like any other phone in the market. Not that great visually, looks cheepo IMO, regardless of the features it has.

The X3 is a decent feature phone. Nokia even provides good quality in ear plugs along with this unlike the cheapo handsfree that they give with low and midrange handsets. If u do not care about 3G and u needs music then this is a good choice.

The main -ve of Naite is the fast port. If u need 3G though then Naite is a good choice. The phone also feels rock solid. Music quality is also decent but it has no 3.5mm jack and u cant use ur own ear plugs unless u buy an adapter.
