Linux Urgent!Problem in booting?

While starting Ubuntu me getting error file missing "apt-get" install it by typing: apt-get install apt but after i type this the same msg reappears help...I tried typing exit but after the restart same thing happens....Me using 7.04 i386 / Plz tell me soon:huh:

download apt-get binaries from ubuntu servers and install them

hit ctrl + D when u get the msg. it shld resume normal boot after leaving the shell.

better still, post the entire error msg output here, if u can
