Urgent!!! Profile not loading

I don't know what happened. When i turn on my system today morning i got a warning like this
WINDOWS COULDN'T FIND USER PROFILE. IT CAN'T BE LOADED. ANY CHANGED YOU MAKE WILL BE LOST WHEN YOU LOG OFF. IF THIS PROBLEM PERSIST PLEASE CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.

Since I am the system administrator i dont know how to fix it. Can you guys please help me out.
It was fine when i was working yesterday. No problem happened till i turned off, yesterday night.
 
Give us more details.

1. Which OS ?
2. Is the user profile of an administrator account ?
3. Is it a client-server envirnoment ?
4. Is it a standalone system ?
 
Its windows XP SP2

User account got admin privilege

No its not (CLIENT SERVER ENVIRONMENT)

Its a standalone system.

Got it cleared by RESTORE option
