Urgent query: online shopping requires sale tax form 38??

Hi guys,
I have ordered Dell 2209wa from techshop.in using bluedart (insured in transit Shipping is from Bombay to Noida).
Today i have received a mail from techshop asking for form no.38 filled and stamped by sales Tax office.
- I have no idea where is sales tax office in noida n how much i need to pay there for this.
- Is it really necessary or any way to avoid the same?

Please help..
 
FYI: For noida guys

for noida we need form 39 (for personal use) not form 38 (for dealers)

also before going to sale tax office u need invoice for the same.

I don't think u need to pay anything.
