Urgent....Split AC purchase. Need to buy today!

Hi guys. I need an AC for my room. There is a Samsung window AC in my parents bedroom and i dont like it as its kinda noisy so wanna buy a split for my room which is abt 12X14.

So wud a 1T split suffice or shud i go for a 1.5T? Also pls suggest the brand & exact model of the split AC's i shud consider and their approx prices. Wanna buy it today itself as the summer is horrible this time. Thanks in advance.
 
buy 1.5 ton for the peace of mind.

AS18VXB and AS18EXA models from samsung have 5 star rating. go with any one of them and I find samsung support better than any brand...

Hitachi is also a good option (more expensive) but in my experience support here in Noida is bad so not recommending that...
