Graphic Cards Urgent : Will ATI HD 4670 fit my bill..?

Pals,

Here is the new combo I purchased yesterday..

Intel C2D E7400, 2.8GHz, 3MB L2,1066MHz FSB -- 5.8k
Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G mobo -- 2.8k
VIP 500W (PFC) Gold PSU -- 2k
Transcend DDR2 800MHz 2GB RAM -- 1k

Since the above mentioned mobo has no On-board graphics solution... I need to buy a GPU. My budget for the same is 5k.

9600GT's are slightly above my budget @ 6k (XFX 512MB GDDR3)
HD4670 512MB GDDR3 @ 5k + tax seems to fit my bill....

Will my combo be a bottleneck for HD 4670 to perform to its potential..??

Also please suggest me which among the above GPU's (or any new suggestions?) is good choice for me.. I'm a mediocre gamer... So.. its the overall performance which I'm looking for rather than just the gaming performance..

My new combo is resting idle without a GPU... I'm keen to make it dance to my tunes.. So, please suggest me at the earliest ! (planning to buy it today )

I suggest contact KMD and go for the ATI HD4830, methinks after the current price cuts you can get it for a lil over 5k (approx 5.5k)
