Mixed feelings about this. The americans have the most liberal definition of freedom of speech in the world. Now with this 'multi-stake' holder model there will be these 'cultural' restraints imposed on what we can and cannot see. Up to this point other countries could not effectively block their citizens from content they did not want them to see as there was always a workaround.
