USB Internet plans?

Hi guys,

Need one of those USB Internet connections (are they 3G?) for my home laptop in chennai.
Usage: Video chat (which is the priority) and a gb or 2 of downloads.

Rates comparison between MTS, Tata and Reliance seem similar.

MTS seems to have more resellers in my area, so I'm assuming they should provide better service.
Heard a good review from my friend on Reliance, including range while roaming across India.

Any suggestions?

Yup, if you need to do video chatting, it has to be a 3G dongle, on either CDMA or GSM. Also, just take one with some extra capacity~5GB or more, as the bandwidth usually runs out pretty fast too. Also, its better to get a piece demoed from the various ISP before settling on one.

I got myself a Reliane NetConnect+ considering theres a Reliance WebWorld store near my place, so i assumed they should havea good signal.

Not disappointing so far!
BTW are there any 3G internet dongles that do NOT have installers?

I am using TATA DOCOMO 3G .. it is fast . signals are good. I am getting 5 mbps which is good.
