USB Modem

Do we get a USB modem that can be used to send SMS to required numbers ?
We want to attach this to a server which monitors all of our infra and send us alerts whenever certain alarms get triggered,

If anyone has any experience with this kindly share.

However we are looking for modems that we can use with our already present monitoring system. We use Microsoft's SCOM for monitoring.
We now only require something compatible with SCOM to send SMS when an event occurs.
