USB movie playbck on LG JAZZ

I have LG JAZZ 32inch lcd tv. When i watch movie thru usb it plays for like 5 min,10mins and then suddenly its automatically switches back toTVmode and movie playing via USB stops.i have tried various video files ,still the problem persists.yoursggestions are needed.

LG Jazz suffers from this problems a lot.My problem happens to be whenever i pause the USB for anything more than 50 secs it switches back to TVMODE.So whenever i have to pause every 50sec inbetween i have to play for sec and then pause.

I think show the piece to LG Service centre and it will help.

I was able to rectify the thing from 50 sec pause to 5min pause now.Enough for me.

Hey one more thing are you able to access the HD playback mode from Service menu.

I have heard people who can access LG's service menu can enable HD and MKV movie content playback by switching HD playback option to YES.

Thanks alot for your reply. So i think i will have to complain to LG service centre.

My problem has nothing to do with pause, even if i do nothing movies stops playing. its really very irritating.

No i cant access menu while usb is playing. nothing works while its playing.
