user account problem

Hi Frnds
My windows starts in classic style without the welcome screen
When i go to user accounts/change the way users log on or off i get a message
Client Services for NetWare has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching. To restore these features you must uninstall it.
But i am not able to find the file and even in search the file cannot be found
There is a icon for Client Services for Netware(CSNW) on the control panel list but the location of the file cannot be found
Please help
 
you need to go to network connections , right click the local area connection icon , properties , then tehre u will see client for netware services . uncheck that and restart . then u can enable fast user switching .
