User activity logger

Is there a programme which can log the complete user activity on all accounts on XP? By this I mean, monitoring and logging which user opened what folder, visited which site, did what changes to the system, etc. Should run in the background and be accessible only by the admin, also as light on the system as possible.

^^^ Key logger is not really what I am looking for, coz my intentions are not to spy on my family members or know their passwords. But just to keep a tab on the activities going on the system.

use AutoScriptWriter or code your own keylogger/windows monitor using Autohotkey/AutoIt.

Its real easy.

else, use a simple screenshot app to take screenshots at regular intervals
