using WiFi access point for sharing files?

I am having Buffalo WHR-HP-G54s router and its connected to PC via the ethernet port and net via the wan port and I am using laptop also to access the the net. Is there any way I can access the files in the PC with this setup? (wireless-lan setup needed)
 
Share a drive/folder in the laptop and pc respectively and try to go to network places and see if you can access the shared drives/folders there.
