! 0 t A Forerunner Mar 15, 2007 #21 I for one am able to play CS online without any problem of difference in the latency even when my downloads in the background are in full SWING (@ around 7 KBps) AND i am on a 64 Kbps line... yeah they still give that on tata indicom!!!
