Figuring stuff out
Guide
well is it possible to set the utorrent client up such that it runs on startup(i know it is), and also is invisible (from the system tray and the taskbar ?)i want it coz i download files tht i dont want my siblings to access ;)

if another client can be made to do that , plz tell me.
BTW i had an idea, as the "bosskey" can be set, all i pro'lly need to do is to initiate the "bosskey" on startup, it's just that i am not smart enough to set it up that way :(

umm i dont think u can hide utorrent permanently.. because even if u remove it from newhere it will yet be running in the process tab :P moreover u cant lock the folder where ur downloading the file so as to block complete access to the file (while in download mode) so the only thing i can suggest is use utorrent in admin mode and make another user with guest account and give its access to ur siblings :P

Note: operating system is XP :)

to hide its icon from system tray:

1 - go to settings > taskbar and start menu

2 - click customize

3 - in under current items next to utorrent select behaviour as "Always Hide"

u should be logged on as administrator and this works in win xp only

utorrent has an option of loading on startup in its general options

there is a option in Azureus to set password...the password will be verified when u try to open a torrent, stop a torrent, remove a torrent or to show the window of the azureus..
Azureus can be set to run at startup.
Azureus can be set to hide the logo @ start minimised.
u can hide the Azureus tab in system bar as suggested by 6pack
Azureus may slow down your system if u have less ram...i recommend u have
atleast ~100 mb free ram to get the max outta Azureus & to run other apps..
Btw .. i have Azureus 2.4.0.2.

if u have multiple logins then u can set up utorrent to start via windows scheduler everytime window starts. U will see utorrent running only in the taskmanager.
