hi members anyone using utorrent what r the best settings i am on mtnl triband i have opened up the ports even applied the patch for windows xpsp2
 
same with me bitcomet gets better speed than utorrent but bitcomet having some probs with private trackers again so wanted to check some other client heard a lot about utorrent till now not satisffied
 
Can anyone tell me which clients make use of the public DTH Network in torrents. I was using BitComet which did use the DTH Network for almost every torrent. But when I tried the same torrent in BitLord, it did not connect to that network. Any ideas on this ???
 
well,

i get very slow speeds with all clients except bitspirit.

that too the version 2.7.2.239 is blazing fast for me.:D..it doesnt have DHT though for files where the trackers are dead.in that case i use the version 3.0 but i am totally avoiding the latest 3.1 as i am never able to go over 2 KB/s in it.
 
Utorrent works fine for me here, am on 64kbps line though. get an average of 6-8 kbps download speed. Bitcomet has a lot of waste being downloaded hence have trashed that.

hey dude,
pls do me a favour.can u post screenshots of every tab in preferences..atleast of those concerned with the speeds.:D because i am also using 64 Kbps and would love to use such a light client.

btw u r using utorrent 1.3 with DHT enabled?
 
Im using utorrent 1.3 get average speeds of 9 - 10 kbps, sometimes 13 - 14 kbps

I have a 128 kbps connection.

I have not messed with any settings except the global max upload rate, which is 12 kbps.
