I have seen some variable bass IEM's (with a knob to variate bass). I wanna know, do these things actually make a difference and to what extent? Just as same noticable difference as we adjust the bass of subwoofers?

Please suggest me a good adjustable bass IEM's, want to try my "ears" on them. Budget - Not very expensive.

From my experience with Hippo VB, at least some of them do.

VB IEMs with different bass tuning plates would be Hippo VB, Hippo 10 VB (no reviews out there), MEElectronics SP51.

IEMs with bass tuning knobs - PL30 (but I don't remember it to be hugely effective), IE8.

You can get Hippo VB or MEE SP51.

well u can go for Sennheiser IE80 ,i'm currently using them, tuning them to maximum increases the sub bass to a very noticeable extent

Dont get pl-30 if you want to try variable bass. My first pair used to become a bit "boomy" and on my second pair i hardly felt a difference.
