My Vebatim 500GB External Hard Disk corrupetd ..it is not opening. I bought it from Tradus.in. It has 3 years warranty. My question is that:

Any Online RMA available like Western Digital. If yes..where?

they have around 20 service centers. it was first with accel but now shifted to another 3rd part RMA center.
