Very cheap price to bid a external battery

I find a external battery on ebay whose price is very cheap,it's a bid ,and just left 2 hours,so hurry up and bid it at cheapest price!

When time is just about to end, they bid a $ more than you & u will get nothing.
I have competed with them many times, but never won a bid in such case !!

Really?I always bid at the last hour or last half hour,if the price is in my budget.And I will choose the bid which have one or two people bided.Because sellers usually give the lowest price to bid(you can compared with others),so if someone bid it,it state that the price is indeed low,so you just need to increase price a little.These are my own opinion,just for your reference.
