For past few days, my Internet connection has been acting up.
The speed is very slow, Ping time is very high, Pages are often not loaded properly.
When I complained about it to my ISP, their technician tried connecting the cable directly to my PC instead of my router. Then the login was created and everything was back to normal. So, he connected the cable back to the router and reset it. After setting up the connection on router he checked the speed again and there was no problem whatsoever.
But it is happening again and again and I've to reset and reconfigure the router.
I have a suspeion that it might be problem from my ISP's end and not mine.
Either way, I want to know what is wrong and how to fix it if it is my router or prove them that something is wrong on their end if it isn't.
