Very Urgent need of Laptop for around 20K

My brother needs to buy one for my mother.

Requirements: MS Office, Video/Voice chat, should have DVD drive, nothing else :p

Budget: say around 20k

please suggest one, which can be bought locally at Gurgaon or which I can order online :)

Need to buy it tomorrow, so please give quick recommendation.

Is it ok to buy online from smcinternational? Also the new model has been updated with c2d t6600, 4gb ram, 500gb hdd.
