Graphic Cards Video card for P-IV

I have three year old machine
P-IV 2.8Ghz
512MB RAM
80GB HDD
and 128MB display card.(I think its geforce 4 something)

I want to update it with something latest. I need to know what latest card will work with my motherboard.........
I dont know abt what motherboard It is. Thats why wrote whole config..Plz help me out. I dont wanna spend anything above 10K.
