Budget 21-30k Video Card under 30k for a 2nd hand Gaming Setup for Nephew.

Folks my nephew has bought a 2nd hand PC setup with the following config and now needs a GPU for gaming purpose.
He is just venturing into the gaming world so has limited knowledge and as such we are not keen to spend too much on the GPU.
Gaming will be mostly on 1080p with whatever settings the game can run comfortably( No fuss about maxing out the FPS and all)
Please suggest which GPU to go for . Its a urgent purchase so a quick response would be appreciated.
Also if you can suggest from where to purchase that would be helpful.

Motherboard - Asus B350 Prime plus
Ram - Corsair 16gb Xmp 2.0
Power Supply - Corsair Cx550
Hdd - 1tb Seagate barracuda
Cabinet - Cooler Master RGB Triple
Processor - Ryzen 3 1200 OC edition
 
Look for GTX 1650. This is the only card whose price is a little bit reasonable. Get the one with GDDR6 vram. Best way is to wait for gpu price reduction and buy better card. Do not buy 6500xt as it is pathetic on pcie3 boards.

Bhai thing is that since we have the CPU ready the only thing left is the GPU and i hope you understand that being a kid he is little restless so the purchase has to be made like today or tomorrow at the max. Also appreciate your suggestion. Please also recommend which brand to go for like Zotac or Asus or which one.
