Video is embedded in pages..how to find it's exact address!!

Hi

For example in this page:
Season 3, Episode 1

a video is embedded in the page!!
Now how can I find it's exact address
like http://abc/def/lol/hehe/rofl/video.mpg
or something like this!!
So that I can feed that into my Download Manager!
I tried looking in the source code but it went over my head!!

P.S. This is only for educational purpose )

if you use firefox, there's a plugin called DownloadHelper available for it. After installing the plugin (and restarting FF) click on the play button on such files and once they start streaming you can stop playing the file in the browser. By this time the plugin will catch the exact URL of the file and show in status bar as animated icon.

You can also set it to download just HiQ files like 720p, or more.

I tried out the source code of the page and came across some uploaded media:

However, I can't open & download it from my office... Can you verify if it is the same as on the source page by downloading it? There is option for downloading the files around 120 MB each (or 500 MB for HD files)

Edit: i got a zip from the method i gave you in my first post. and all these are zips. you can save yourself lot of trouble if you know how to use the plugin i was talking of.

There are various zip files in each of the above pages. There is option for download in there... The list of zip file pages I found are attached in the text file below...
