Hello
According to current setting after a thread is read, the thread is not displayed again (when "What's New?" is clicked) .
Can it be changed, because with this setting it is difficult to re-read a thread, because after i check "whats new" , the once read thread is lost, and finding the thread is a problem.

^ ya i did ask, so i know about the thing.
Actually i use whats new feature a lot, previously this read-unread thing was not there, so i was just thinking that this is a sort of switch, which can be toggles, is it?

"What's New?" will give you the threads which you haven't read yet. It will also give those threads which you have read but there are new posts after your last visit.

I checked the subscribed thread option, but even "Watched Threads" only gives you threads with unread posts; which makes sense on a forum since no one would keep on reading the same posts again and again.

If you want to visit a certain few threads regularly then you can add then as a bookmark in your browser. If finding a recently read thread is the problem then you can view your browser's history to find out what you want. In Chrome "Ctrl+Shift+T" opens the last closed page, use repeatedly to open all closed pages.

Changing the "What's New" feature is not the answer to your problem/query.

When you are on the what's new results page. Look at the top right corner for something called "All Recent Messages". This is what you want so bookmark it.
Your method did worked for me, uptill the last forum update, but now after i click the "Recent Posts", all the threads are displayed, but the "Recent Posts" button disappears.
It again re-appears when i click the "New post" :(

Now is this a a bug or its the default feature ??
