I've been looking at a budget monitor for office work related to docs, browser, etc. (no gaming, no professional creative work with pics, videos, art, etc.). In the 27" QHD or 4K category, I stumbled upon this monitor listed for <20k on Flipkart and Amazon. I have gone through the comparisons and the tech specs and the rare review it got online. It seems like a great monitor, for my use case.

It is a 60 Hz monitor. Official, tech specs are here. Is 60 Hz poor for a 4k for such basic use case?

BUT...
1. not much reviews and ratings on ecomm sites.
2. very cheap compared to other 27"4K IPS monitors offering similar features.
3. no other monitor company is selling much in 'this' space, which is seemingly good hardware for so cheap.

All these considerations makes me wonder what ViewSonic is up to.
Question: Have I found a hidden gem OR folks have disregarded it for some reason and moved on to better options? I seek help to figure out this monitor's value (or lack, thereof) before I buy it.

Buy The Monitor if available for a good price.
You can also go for 2K 31.5-Inch ViewSonic Monitor, which might be available for even less price.
ViewSonic makes good monitors. However, they are not rugged. They are Delicate and have to be treated as such.

I'm done with cheap Viewsonic monitors. I bought two of them last year and dead pixel were there in both of them, speakers didn't work in both as well. Their pixel policy is bad too, they don't provide service or service denial letter in case of dead pixels. I had to sell them for dirt cheap price. Check the attached email reply from their official.
