PC Peripherals VIP 500W Gold psu doubts

I wanna knw wat is the efficiecy of a vip 500w gold psu & is it enough to handle my:

gigabyte h55-usb 3.0
intel i5 750
2x2gb ddr3 1333mhz
msi hd 5700 hawk
1 tb WD sata
 
It might work with that PC but don't risk it! Buy a better power supply. Tell us your budget and we shall suggest you a good power supply that fits your bill.

^^ Thats a damn good one PSU. I am also running my 4850 on it.

@karthik, the efficiency is I think 75% according to its official website. But I never tried to test the efficiency.
