Virtual Desktop / DaaS suggestion

Any suggestion for a good cloud service provider for virtual desktop / Desktop as a Service (DaaS).
Estimated usage: less than 50 hours/ month
GPU: 8GB
SSD: 200GB
Budget: around 0.5USD (Rs. 50 per hour after taxed) (Rs. 50x50 = Rs. 2500/ month)
Use case: Architectural rendering
Pricing: preferably "on demand" and not the monthly (720hours billed)
I checked AWS, google cloud, ovh pricing but they looked costly.
I know Rs. 2500 per month is a good amount and a good used laptop with 8GB GPU can do it nicely but can't find a good and genuine deal.
 
Just seems to me that it might be difficult to hit that price point. I think Rentaflop is one of the cheapest rendering providers, so you can estimate the cost somewhat. Otherwise, I don't think too many services will offer dedicated GPU VMs for bespoke usage.
