Security Software virus found

guys..

i am here to seek your help .. to get rid of some viruses which have infected my computer .. my computer has gradullay slowed down .. when once i used my friend's pen drive .. it starts .. and then hangs a lot .. before i can continue with my work .. and then .. it doesnt shut down .. and creates major hangs in between .. i ran an avast scan .. in which results dint come out .. i mean .. there were no viruses found .. my laptop is on vista home premium .. i would like to get my laptop to start working as it used to like before .. please guys .. this is something serious.. HELP ME ..:no::huh:

NOD32

Check startup services on MSConfig

Run combofix, will clean up the pen drive viruses, then do a kaspersky/NOD32 and a Anti-Spyware scan.
